The Deputy Executive Director of CAERC delivered a speech at the First Azerbaijan–Turkey Brain Centres Forum in Shusha

The First Azerbaijan–Turkey Brain Centres Forum is being held in the city of Shusha. In the third session of the Forum, the role of transport-communication and energy partnership in Azerbaijan–Turkey relations discussed. At the panel, the Deputy Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, Ramil Huseyn, spoke on the topic “Azerbaijan–Turkey Energy Cooperation: Oil-Gas and Green Transition Perspectives.”

The panel also included the Vice President of the Turkish Research Foundation, Enes Bayrakli, the Chairman of the Caucasus Centre for International Relations and Strategic Studies, Araz Aslanli, the Executive Director of the Baku International Multiculturalism Centre, Ravan Hasanov, and the Head of the Department of History and Archaeology at Khazar University, Telman Nusratoghlu.

Within the session, the Zangezur corridor, the Trans-Caspian route, and mutual connections in energy communications are being assessed. Regional transport corridors, strategic priorities of energy cooperation, and the contribution of the two countries to global energy security were also discussed.
