It is a non-governmental organization established to assist in the implementation of legal reforms in our country through study, investigation, and analysis of legal problems and registered in Azerbaijan in 2012. It cooperates with the Network of Think Tanks and Civil Society Organizations, the Anti-Corruption NGO Information Network, the Vienna-based International NGO Alliance for Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, and the Eastern European Civic Education Network. The Legal Analysis and Research Public Union has special consultative status with UN ECOSOC. Iskanderli Ramil is the chairman of the Public Association «Legal Analysis and Research Public Union (LAR)».
