The following are the conditions for future participants to be admitted to the platform of analytical centers:
- Analytical centers that become members of the platform should have official registration (in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan or in the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan) themselves or their subsidiaries. In this sense, NGOs without state registration cannot be accepted into the Platform of Think Tanks.
- The think tanks that will be members of the platform should be active, have members, an official website or a social networking site, conduct events, and have publications.
- Platform members should be specialized in one of the platform’s activities as think tanks. Institutions that do not comply with the platform’s activities cannot become members of the Think Tank Platform.
- If the platform has individual membership, individuals may be involved in the platform with a deliberative voice.
