On 14 May 2025, Topchubashov Center`s director Rusif Huseynov and Research Fellow Simona Scotti paid a visit to the Colombian Embassy in Baku. During their meeting with Andrés Felipe Giraldo López, Head of Consular Functions, they discussed the cooperation opportunities in humanitarian and social spheres.
