In his remarks, he addressed the changing geopolitical landscape in the South Caucasus, Azerbaijan\u2019s growing regional role, its multivector foreign policy, and the prospects for regional cooperation and connectivity projects. He also discussed the Azerbaijan-Armenia normalization process, Azerbaijan-France relations, Azerbaijan\u2019s role in strengthening the EU\u2019s energy security, and its strategic position in linking Europe and Asia.
