The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has been honored with a prestigious international award by the United Kingdom\u2013based \u201cBrands Review Magazine Ltd\u201d within the framework of the \u201cBrands Review Magazine Awards 2025\u201d competition. The Center was recognized in the \u201cTechnology\u201d category.<\/p>\n
CAERC received the award for its project titled \u201cSmart Monitoring and Evaluation System: An AI-Ready Data Governance Innovation \u2013 Azerbaijan 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n
This achievement marks international recognition of CAERC\u2019s success in implementing artificial intelligence-based approaches and advanced data governance solutions in the field of public administration and decision-making processes.<\/p>\n
The jury particularly highlighted the Center\u2019s establishment of a flexible and AI-integrated data management system designed for monitoring and evaluating state programs. The system effectively combines real-time analytics, geographic information technologies (GIS), video monitoring, and results-based management mechanisms, providing a comprehensive foundation for data-driven governance.<\/p>\n
It should be emphasized that this accomplishment is fully aligned with the objectives of the Artificial Intelligence Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025\u20132028. The Strategy identifies the expansion of data-driven management and decision-making mechanisms, the creation of smart government tools, and the integration of AI technologies into state institutions as strategic priorities. CAERC\u2019s systematic efforts in these areas represent a tangible contribution to Azerbaijan\u2019s transition toward the era of artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n
