Professor Vusal Gasimli, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), received a delegation from the Institute for Political Administration and Development Strategy (IPADS) of Vietnam. The meeting was attended by Ms. Le Nguyen Thien Nga, Director of IPADS, and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quynh, representative of the “Hanoi UNESCO” Travel Club.<\/p>\n
Vusal Gasimli emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation between Vietnam and Azerbaijan, taking into account Vietnam\u2019s successful economic policy in the region and the development trajectory of the Azerbaijani economy. He provided insights into the key objectives outlined in the \u201cSocio-Economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022\u20132026\u201d and the \u201cFirst State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan.\u201d He informed the guests about the infrastructure development and establishment of green zones in the Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur economic regions. Furthermore, Gasimli highlighted the digital platforms established for the monitoring and evaluation of state programs\u2014namely,\u00a0www.azerbaijan2030.gov.az<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0www.boyukqayidish.gov.az<\/a>\u2014and elaborated on the integration of artificial intelligence and the effective processing of large-scale data within these systems. He noted that CAERC\u2019s achievements in the field of monitoring and evaluation have garnered significant interest from Central Asian countries and that efforts are underway to establish cooperation in these areas.<\/p>\n Ms. Le Nguyen Thien Nga noted that she serves as the project leader of the national initiative \u201cFrom Policy to Practice\u201d and expressed IPADS\u2019s intention to expand collaboration with CAERC. She emphasized their interest in joint activities related to the integration of artificial intelligence, monitoring and evaluation of state programs, conducting mutual seminars, preparing analytical reports, and developing joint research projects.<\/p>\n
