The head of the center is a political scientist, Elkhan Shahinoglu. The \u201cAtlas\u201d research center analyses the main events in Azerbaijan and the South Caucasus. One of the main topics of study is Karabakh. In addition, the Research Center \u201cAtlas\u201d studies relations between Azerbaijan and neighboring countries \u2013 Russia, Turkey, Iran, Georgia, and Armenia.
